Job Summary
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will manage lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and own the outreach process
