Business Development Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and manage the pipeline while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and partners
• Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, maintaining accurate records in the CRM

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes
