Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Business Development Associate for a full-time hybrid role in Columbia, MO, who will manage lead generation, outreach campaigns, and pipeline coordination to support strategic transactions and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies for acquisition and partnership opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage responses using CRM tools
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
