Job Summary

To support the Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management, working in a hybrid environment to identify and advance prospective targets for strategic transactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential partners, managing follow-ups and tracking responses in the CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for introductory calls, maintaining accurate records of the pipeline and deal stages
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant industry experience may substitute for formal education
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes with minimal oversight
