Job Summary
Generating new business opportunities within the K-12 and Higher Education markets, the full-time Business Development Associate will perform outreach through phone and email to schedule meetings with senior education leaders while managing a sales territory in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential new clients aligned with Hanover's capabilities
- Craft targeted messaging for senior leaders based on their history and strategic goals
- Execute an outreach strategy by making 50+ calls and sending 15+ emails daily to secure initial meetings
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or relevant experience; all majors accepted
- 0 - 2 years of work experience, including previous leadership or internship experience
- Comfortable with cold calling
