Job Summary

To support the Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will manage lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market mapping for acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-up sequences in the CRM
  • Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of the deal pipeline
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
