Job Summary

Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and support early-stage deal conversations within the Corporate Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and investment thesis
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage founders, executives, and business owners
  • Schedule and prepare materials for introductory calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
