Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate pipeline records while participating in early deal conversations
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings effectively
  • Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
