Job Summary

To support the Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and manage the pipeline for prospective targets while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently on outreach processes
