Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and manage the pipeline for prospective targets in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage business leaders and track engagement metrics in the CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and manage the pipeline, ensuring accurate records and reporting on deal stages
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the capability to manage outreach independently
