Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and support early deal conversations while contributing to the Corporate Development team's strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently
