Job Summary
Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and support early-stage deal conversations while collaborating with senior team members to build a robust pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities through lead generation and market research
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage founders and executives, managing communication through CRM tools
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and opportunities in the pipeline
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage the outreach process with minimal oversight
