Job Summary

To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking of outreach sequences and responses in CRM
  • Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and participate in early-stage conversations with prospective targets
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, with HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently with minimal oversight
