Job Summary
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and manage the early stages of prospective transactions in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with strong written communication skills for crafting outreach materials
