Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working in a hybrid environment to support M&A and strategic transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies through market mapping and sector research
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage the outreach process
