Job Summary

To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and manage the pipeline while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage founders and business owners
  • Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, maintaining accurate records in the CRM
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
