Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will manage lead generation, outreach campaigns, and pipeline coordination while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and track engagement metrics in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to senior team members
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage outreach processes
