Job Summary
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will focus on lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations while managing a robust pipeline in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospective targets and manage outreach sequences in CRM
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate pipeline records, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to senior team members
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with strong communication skills for crafting outreach materials
