Job Summary

The full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Columbia, MO, supporting the Corporate Development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets for strategic transactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement with prospective clients through various channels
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain CRM records, and support early deal conversations and due diligence efforts
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process
