Job Summary
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate early deal conversations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies, conducting market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
