Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities through market research and prospecting
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage founders and business owners, managing follow-ups and tracking responses in CRM
  • Coordinate introductory calls and meetings, maintaining accurate pipeline records and supporting early deal conversations
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
