Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, who will manage lead generation, outreach campaigns, and early deal conversations to support the Corporate Development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage tracking of responses in CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process
