Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and managing the early stages of transactions while collaborating with senior team members to build a robust pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline and deal stages
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with strong written communication skills for outreach and materials
