Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate, this remote or hybrid position will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while collaborating with senior team members to drive strategic transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential partners and track engagement in CRM
  • Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant experience may substitute
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage the outreach process independently
