Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate, this remote/hybrid role will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings to support the Corporate Development team in advancing strategic transactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners
  • Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, managing the top-of-funnel pipeline for senior team members
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes
