Business Development Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, conduct market research, and manage outreach efforts while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage follow-ups in the CRM
• Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
• Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes
