To support the Business Development Team, the remote Business Development Associate will focus on booking meetings for Field Sales Reps, qualifying leads, and generating outbound pipeline opportunities while collaborating with marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Book meetings for Field Sales Reps (FSRs) and qualify leads into opportunities
  • Develop outbound pipeline through lead generation using various tools
  • Maintain accurate database records and achieve phone and email activity quotas
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development
  • Proven track record of effective sales development performance
  • Experience in crafting creative and effective outbound sales messaging
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
