Job Summary
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations while managing a pipeline of prospective targets in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage founders and executives, managing follow-ups and tracking responses in CRM
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to senior team members
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process with minimal oversight
