Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate, this remote/hybrid role will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to identify and engage prospective targets, supporting the Corporate Development team in strategic transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage founders, executives, and business owners
- Schedule and prepare materials for introductory calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to own the outreach process independently
