Job Summary
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and manage the pipeline for prospective targets while working in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market mapping to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage business owners and manage tracking in CRM systems
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history in the CRM
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process with minimal oversight
