Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and support early-stage deal conversations while contributing to the Corporate Development team.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners
- Coordinate introductory calls and manage the pipeline of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
