Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings to support strategic transactions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies while conducting market research to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospective targets and manage the outreach process through CRM tracking
  • Coordinate introductory calls and meetings, maintaining accurate records and supporting early deal conversations with preliminary business information
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
