Job Summary

To support the Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools, ensuring effective engagement with potential clients
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking deal stages and providing updates on pipeline progress
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes with minimal oversight
