Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Business Development Associate for a full-time hybrid role, responsible for generating leads, managing outreach campaigns, and coordinating early deal conversations while supporting the Corporate Development team.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking in CRM systems
  • Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and pipeline management
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with strong written communication skills for outreach and materials
