Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and managing the early stages of transactions while collaborating closely with senior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking in CRM, iterating on strategies based on data and feedback
- Coordinate meetings, maintain pipeline records, and participate in early deal conversations to assess strategic fit and risks
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage outreach processes with minimal oversight
