Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for identifying and engaging prospective targets, managing outreach campaigns, and coordinating meetings to support the Corporate Development team.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage follow-ups in CRM
- Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, maintaining accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, with HubSpot preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage the outreach process
