Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations while managing a robust pipeline of prospective targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking of outreach sequences in CRM
- Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for introductory calls, maintaining accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
