Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate, this remote/hybrid position will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while supporting early deal conversations and general deal processes within a fast-paced corporate development team.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies while conducting market mapping and sector research
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking of outreach sequences in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process
