Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate, this remote/hybrid position will focus on lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while supporting early deal conversations and general deal processes within a fast-paced corporate development team.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies while conducting market mapping and sector research
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking of outreach sequences in CRM
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process
