Job Summary
As part of the Corporate Development team, the full-time remote Business Development Associate will manage lead generation, outreach campaigns, and pipeline coordination while supporting early deal conversations and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities through lead generation and market research
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospective targets and manage outreach sequences in CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to the senior team
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, with HubSpot strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process with minimal oversight
