Job Summary
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups, tracking responses in the CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, with HubSpot preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage outreach processes
