Job Summary
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will manage lead generation, outreach campaigns, and pipeline coordination while working in a hybrid remote environment from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage follow-up sequences in CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history in the CRM
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings effectively
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently with minimal oversight
