Job Summary

To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will manage lead generation, outreach campaigns, and pipeline coordination while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and track engagement metrics in CRM
  • Coordinate introductory calls and meetings, maintaining accurate records and managing the top-of-funnel pipeline for qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, with HubSpot preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear, concise outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage outreach processes
