Job Summary
To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities through lead generation and market research
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage potential business partners and track engagement in CRM
- Coordinate introductory calls and exploratory meetings, ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, with HubSpot experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
- Self-starter mentality with the capability to manage outreach processes independently
