Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will focus on lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations while managing a pipeline of prospective targets in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential partners and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history in the CRM
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality on sensitive topics
