Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate, this remote/hybrid position will manage lead generation, outreach campaigns, and early deal conversations while collaborating with senior team members to build a robust pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking of responses in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain pipeline records, and support early-stage deal conversations and due diligence efforts
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process
