Job Summary
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a list of target companies through market research and prospecting
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and track engagement in CRM
- Coordinate meetings and manage the pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for senior team members
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
- Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
