Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations while managing a robust pipeline of prospective targets in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage outreach sequences in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for senior team members, maintaining accurate records of deal stages and contact history
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently own the outreach process with minimal oversight
