Job Summary

Proactively contacting prospective clients, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in outbound sales efforts, qualify leads, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive business growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Contact prospective clients through various channels to present the value proposition and qualify leads
  • Partner with marketing to nurture leads and conduct discovery calls to identify sales opportunities
  • Manage administrative tasks, including updating CRM systems and maintaining communication with internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business
  • Interest in sales and business development, with a drive to succeed
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator) is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong work ethic and self-organization skills
