Job Summary
Proactively contacting prospective clients, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in outbound sales efforts, qualify leads, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive business growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through various channels to present the value proposition and qualify leads
- Partner with marketing to nurture leads and conduct discovery calls to identify sales opportunities
- Manage administrative tasks, including updating CRM systems and maintaining communication with internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business
- Interest in sales and business development, with a drive to succeed
- Familiarity with Salesforce and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator) is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong work ethic and self-organization skills
