Job Summary

To support innovative outreach strategies, the full-time Business Development Associate will build and execute customized multi-channel campaigns targeting key decision-makers while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute hyper-customized, multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage executive decision-makers
  • Measure success based on monthly quota attainment and revenue pipeline generated, focusing on quality outreach
  • Act as a strategic conduit between Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to map out target accounts and maintain engagement throughout the sales lifecycle
Required qualifications
  • At least 12 months of experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of meeting goals
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to view challenges as opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account mapping and outreach
  • Analytical mindset with a strong desire to optimize strategies and approaches
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter attitude with humility and resourcefulness
