Job Summary
To support innovative outreach strategies, the full-time Business Development Associate will build and execute customized multi-channel campaigns targeting key decision-makers while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute hyper-customized, multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage executive decision-makers
- Measure success based on monthly quota attainment and revenue pipeline generated, focusing on quality outreach
- Act as a strategic conduit between Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to map out target accounts and maintain engagement throughout the sales lifecycle
Required qualifications
- At least 12 months of experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of meeting goals
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to view challenges as opportunities for growth
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account mapping and outreach
- Analytical mindset with a strong desire to optimize strategies and approaches
- Entrepreneurial self-starter attitude with humility and resourcefulness
