Job Summary
Supporting the Business Development team in a hybrid full-time capacity, the Business Development Associate will manage CRM data, assist with outreach and research efforts, and coordinate administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain contact and company records in HubSpot CRM while supporting data cleansing and segmentation efforts
- Prepare target lists of leads and conduct desk research on relevant companies and projects
- Coordinate meetings with prospects and track follow-ups to ensure effective lead management
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in an admin, sales support, or market research role (internship experience acceptable)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and ideally CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately
- Interest in the infrastructure, energy, or professional services sectors
- Willingness to work UK business hours or partially overlap (at least 4 hours)
